A Certified Personal Trainer is your personal coach during your journey to guide you in nutrition, weight training and cardiovascular exercise.
About Me:
Over 20 years experience in the medical field, specifically cardiovascular medicine (surgical and medical intervention), clinical studies, pharmaceutical industry and certification as a Certified Personal Trainer. I have engaged in the sport of bodybuilding for 18+ years, including preparing for contests. I train with a sports medicine model and a nutritional model: a comprehensive, wholistic approach.

What is Provided:
Your goals are my goals. I listen to you. My cell phone is off during our time together. I talk to no one except to you for 60 minutes. Your progress is what I seek.
Training Sessions involve resistance weight training for 60 minutes. Cardio is done on your own but controlled and directed by me. I change your cardio exercises regularly, varying their intensity, frequency and duration.
Nutritional counseling is included in your training. Nutrition is two-thirds responsible for the way you look. Without adopting proper nutrition you will not succeed. I strongly encouarge all clients to ask their physician or health care provider to review our plan and get their support.
Training sessions are intense, focused and serious.
Fees:
Personal Trainer Fee Schedules are all over the map. LA Fitness offers personal training in their gyms, and they are considered the industry standard. LA Fitness Training Fees are $70 per 30 minute sessions, plus a $149 enrollment fee, as stated in their literature. That is alot of money to pay young kids who are on their cell phones to "train" you.

I provide the following 3 services with one fee:
- 60 Minutes Weight Training Sessions (not 30 mins like LA Fitness)
- Cardiovascular Training Setup: 30-45 mins sessions directed by me
- Total nutritional meal planning changed every 2 weeks
- My fee is $70 per 60 minute session
Location:
I travel to the client's home. Whether it is at your home, condominium or residential association gym, you save money by not joining a commerical gym. I can design, order from distributors the necessary equipment and install a home gym to meet your personal goals. This is particularly helpful if you have a spare room that you no longer use on a regular basis. A home gym is a perfect answer to an unused room.
In the event a client does not have access to a home based gym, I have access to an independent gym where a membership is required. Membership fees are between the client and the gym. It is located in Midtown / Upper East Side Miami. My trainer's fees apply and are not included in the gym membership.
Payment is made ahead of time. Three (3) weight training sessions are required per week. Anything less than 3 sessions per week is unproductive.
